The 7 stall horse barn offers matted 12×12 stalls, an extra large aisle way, automatic waterers, and a conveniently placed feed room. The horses are more than content & we’re pretty happy too!

Let’s not forget the tack room to die for! The large 12×24 tack room offers the perfect place to escape the summer heat and enjoy a carrot or 2! With amenities like a/c, flat screen tv, couch, refrigerator always stocked with water, restroom, 12 saddle racks, other equipment storage, and tongue and groove ceiling to die for, this is the place to be when its time for a break!

And about the livestock: Ms. Katie’s kids are actively involved in 4H, so the livestock barn holds safe and structured homes for pigs, goats, sheep, and even some chickens!

The farm boasts big beautiful oak trees, with benches places conveniently beside paddocks for the days we simply sit in amazement of this place we call home.

The Barn That Built Us

Our previous home barn is located on a beautiful 5 acre parcel just outside of Wellington city limits. It’s the place where we grew, learned, and became who we are today—one ride, one lesson, and one memory at a time. It’s the place Ms. Lorraine calls Home and where she continues her individual success with Rodeo Ranch.

The hurricane rated 9 stall barn offers large 14X14 matted stalls. Each stall is fitted with custom stall gates, water faucets, and grain and hay drop downs.

Our lounge area and tack room offer a variety of amenities as well such as: sitting areas, , A/C, large flat screen TV, small kitchen area, full size refrigerator, full bathroom, 12 saddle racks, bridle racks and other equipment storage.

This facility also features a playground with zip line, a large riding ring, small animal barns, jumps, large paddocks, and grazing areas.

Ms. Lorraine hand picked every aspect of our facility and has taken great pride in her work. Most notably, is the feeding system. Hay and grain is all stored on the second floor of the barn with hay/grain shoots built into the walls of the barn for each stall.
